Craigslist Personals: How to Avoid Getting Flagged?

Do you keep getting flagged when posting ads in the craigslist's personal section? Do you know why? If not, you might want to consider what the person reading your ads thinks. Before you can do that, you should understand the "Three Types of People on Craigslist Casual Encounter Personals". Most people are trying to get past the first two types. So if you are posting and replying like the first type, then you are going to get flagged. Read the "When Should You Flag an Personals Ad?" article to see how a scamming bot acts.

Now that you know how a scamming bot acts and you can avoid acting like one, the chance of your ads being flagged is much smaller. To increase your chance even further, put human elements into your ad. Tell people the city you reside. Most scamming bots leave it out or put in a greater area (probably because their money-grubbing operators are oversea and don't know the geography). Tell people your age and physical traits. Your chance of finding a mate increases, because you save time sorting through people that don't match.

Once your ad start looking human, there is very little chance it will get flagged as soon as somebody sees it. However, if people responds to your ad, and you respond back being sour or like a bot, then it's likely your ad is going to get flagged. See my "How to Be Successful on Craigslist Personals" article on how to keep your ad alive and actually make a relationship, even a short discreet one, work.

Excerpt: The third type of ad that usually guarantee you found a scammer is shown in the screen shot below. This ad is pretty simple.
